We strive to display product colours, descriptions and prices accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to your screen. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. In the rare case of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Custom Stitching

Custom-stitched items are made to order based on the measurements you provide. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.

6. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the courier.

8. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. Please check measurements, product details and images carefully before placing your order. In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, text, logos and code — is the property of Prabhmehr Fashion and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews & User Content

By posting reviews, questions or other content on our site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify and use such content. You agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.
